This easy, beginner-friendly challenge is designed to help you explore the health benefits of the 8 whole spices in your Inception Spice box. With just 3 to 4 activities per week, you’ll have plenty of time to savor each experience, create healthy cooking habits, and journal along the way. The goal is to inspire wellness through mindful cooking without overwhelming your schedule.
