Ingredients
- 1 large raw jackfruit leaves when chopped, it should be about 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 6 pieces chopped green chili
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Corn flour
- cooking oil
Instructions
- First, wash and chop the raw jackfruit leaves finely.
- Then, add salt and crush the leaves well.
- Once it's crushed, add chopped green chilies, onion, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Next, add 1 egg and 1 cup of cornflour and mix well until a batter is formed.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and when it's hot, take a spoonful of the batter and drop it in the oil.
- Fry until both sides turn golden brown.
- Take out the fritters and serve hot.
