raw jackfruit leaves

Instructions
First, wash and chop the raw jackfruit leaves finely.
Then, add salt and crush the leaves well.
Once it's crushed, add chopped green chilies, onion, turmeric powder and mix well.
Next, add 1 egg and 1 cup of cornflour and mix well until a batter is formed.
Heat oil in a frying pan and when it's hot, take a spoonful of the batter and drop it in the oil.
Fry until both sides turn golden brown.
Take out the fritters and serve hot.
