Ingredients

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with olive oil, oregano, chili powder, and chili pepper.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until it is done.
  • Add the boiled chickpeas and toasted almonds and mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
  • Take a large bowl and add lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber, carrot, and onion. Mix well.
  • Add the cooked chicken mixture to the bowl and mix well.
  • In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, salt, a bit of salt, and lemon juice.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
