  • First, peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces. Then, boil them in water until tender.
  • Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the dried red chilies until they turn crispy. Then, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown and a nice aroma comes out.
  • Once the carrots are cooled, mash them lightly.
  • Add salt to the fried red chilies and mix well. Then, add the fried onion and combine it with the mashed carrots.

Notes

Serve this delicious Carrot Bharta with hot rice.
