Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garam masala.
  • Add the chicken pieces. Saute for 5 min till the aroma is released.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 1 min.
  • Add the cubed cut vegetables and powder spices and saute for another 3 min.
  • Add warm water as required and cook on low flame for around 30 mins or till done.
  • Let it stand for 10 min.
  • Now serve with rice or roti.
