Ingredients
- 600 gm deshi chicken
- 1 pc Small potato
- 2 pc Small carrot
- 1 pc Onion
- 2 tbsp Oil/ghee
- 2 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1.2 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 pc Bay leaf
- 1 pc cinnamon stick
- 1 pc cardamom
- 1 pc cloves
- 1 pc peppercorn
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garam masala.
- Add the chicken pieces. Saute for 5 min till the aroma is released.
- Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 1 min.
- Add the cubed cut vegetables and powder spices and saute for another 3 min.
- Add warm water as required and cook on low flame for around 30 mins or till done.
- Let it stand for 10 min.
- Now serve with rice or roti.
