Ingredients
- 200 grams Beef boneless
- 2 tbsp beef masala powder
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ghee
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 1 potato cut into triangles
- 1 onion cut into triangles
- Sesame seeds a small amount
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Clean the beef properly and cut them into small pieces
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and sugar for 20 minutes
- Add corn flour to the marinated beef and mix them well
- Take a stick and add onion, beef, and potato one by one
- Heat a pan and add sufficient oil to it. Fry the beef sticks properly. keep the sticks aside
- Heat another pan and add 2 tbsp ghee, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and black pepper powder and mix properly. Fry the sticks again in this mixture for 2-3 minutes
