Ingredients
- 1 kg mango green
- 1/2 kg sugar
- water
- ⅔ pcs cardamom
- ⅔ sticks cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- coriander
- pach phoron
Instructions
- Take Green Mangoes.
- Peel them.
- Pock all over with fork.
- Take sugar the same amount of mango. Add half amount of water to boil. Add 2/3 pieces of Cardamom and 2/3 sticks of Cinnamon. Then add the mango pieces. Boil them till the sugar syrup get sticky.
- Add Chili flakes, Coriander and Panch phoron (fry then make powder).
- Cook together till the spices mixed well with mangoes.
- Ready to serve.
