Ingredients
- 2 packets maggi noodles
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 1 potato boiled and mashed
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 packets maggi masala
- 2 tbsp flour all-purpose
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- chili sauce
Instructions
- First, cook the Maggi noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix together the boiled and mashed potato, Maggi masala, all-purpose flour, cornflour, and salt to taste.
- Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the bowl and mix everything together well.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls or any desired shape.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the Maggi balls until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
- Add the chili paste, soy sauce, and tomato sauce to the pan and mix well.
- Add the fried Maggi balls to the pan and coat them well with the sauce.
- Serve hot with chili sauce on the side.
