  • Clean the Koloi Shak and chop it nicely.
  • Heat a pan and add chopped Koloi Shak, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, and green chili. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat until boiling.
  • Heat another pan and add some oil to it. Cut the red chili into 2 pieces and add them to the oil. Fry it properly for 1 minute. Add the boiled Koloi Shak to the oil and fry it for 3 minutes.
