  • Add the bone-in beef into the mixture. Add salt as needed. Mix well until all the pieces are coated with the mixture. Saute for 10 min from time to time and give it a swirl in a way the meat doesn't stick to the bottom. Add 4 cups of water barely covering the meat. Pressure cook on high pressure for 8 min.
  • Transfer the cooked meat into a heavy bottom pot. Add peeled baby potatoes and whole green chilies. Simmer with the lid for 30 min or more on low heat until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. Give it an occasional stir.
