  • Cut hilsa fish into pieces. Wash and drain properly. Use a tissue paper to soak excess water.
  • Now heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sliced green chilies. Fry for sometimes till tender.
  • Then add ginger-garlic pastes, red chilli powder, beaten sour yoghurt, salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes till oil release.
  • Then add fish and cook with the lid.
  • Turn off the heat and ready to serve.
