Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple paste
- 4 pcs hilsa Fish
- 1/2 cup mustard Oil
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tsp coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger Paste
- 1 tsp garlic Paste
- 3-4 pc green Chili
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt for 30 mins
- Heat the mustard oil in a pan and add onion. Fry the onion until it turns golden brown.
- Add pineapple paste to it and cook for 5 minutes
- Add the marinated fish and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
- Add 1/4 tsp sugar (as per taste).
- Add 1 cup of boiled water and cover the pan with a lead. After 5 mins, add the green chili.
- Cook it for 20-25 mins and it's ready to serve!
