Ingredients
- 500 gm chicken
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- ⅕ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika/chili powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup corn Flour
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients overnight for best results. ! hour of marination is also fine.
- Add the eggs, and all-purpose corn flour to the marinated chicken.
- Heat a pan and add oil to it. Fry all the chickens.
