There are some rice items called Panta Ilish, Kachchi Biryani, Bhuna Khichuri, Patla Khichuri, Morog Pulao, etc. these foods are served at most festivals and special occasions, such as weddings, picnics, birthdays, etc.
There are four steps to cooking curry

Spices are being tempered. Tempering spices entails heating them in oil to unleash their aromas and flavors.

Sautéing. Once the tempering is complete, sauté the spices with the onions until transparent.

Mix in the powdered ingredients.
