Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 red or green chili finely chopped
- 1 cup chickpeas boiled
- 1/2 cup almonds toasted
- 2 cups lettuce leaves chopped
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup tomato
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 onion sliced
- Salt to taste
- black rock salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
- Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with olive oil, oregano, chili powder, and chili pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until it is done.
- Add the boiled chickpeas and toasted almonds and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
- Take a large bowl and add lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber, carrot, and onion. Mix well.
- Add the cooked chicken mixture to the bowl and mix well.
- In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, salt, a bit of salt, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
