Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breast into slightly larger cubes and drain the water.
  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for marination and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes one by one until golden brown. In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Add garlic and ginger paste and sauté.
  • Then add chopped onions and cubed capsicum. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, ground black pepper, sugar, salt, and chicken stock.
  • Mix cornflour with water and gradually add it to the gravy, stirring continuously. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the fried chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
  • Serve hot with fried rice.
