Ingredients

Instructions

  • Firstly, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • Next, in another bowl add egg,milk,ghee, oil and mix them.
  • Then add the dry ingredients and mix it well.
  • Next, brush some ghee into a baking mold and sprinkle some flour to it.
  • Then pour the mixture into the greased baking mould and cover it using a foil paper.
  • Now put a pot on the stove with a stand and preheat it for 10 minutes.
  • After preheating, put the cake in the pot and put the lid on.
  • Bake it on medium to low flame for 1 hour.
  • In case you’re using an oven, bake it in 400 degree Fahrenheit / 200 degree Celsius for 50-55 minutes.
  • Next, check the cake by inserting a toothpick into it. If the toothpick comes out clean then the cake is done otherwise you have to bake it for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Cool down the cake and demold it.
  • Ready to serve.
