Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup date molasses
- ½ cup ghee
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup thick milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Firstly, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Next, in another bowl add egg,milk,ghee, oil and mix them.
- Then add the dry ingredients and mix it well.
- Next, brush some ghee into a baking mold and sprinkle some flour to it.
- Then pour the mixture into the greased baking mould and cover it using a foil paper.
- Now put a pot on the stove with a stand and preheat it for 10 minutes.
- After preheating, put the cake in the pot and put the lid on.
- Bake it on medium to low flame for 1 hour.
- In case you’re using an oven, bake it in 400 degree Fahrenheit / 200 degree Celsius for 50-55 minutes.
- Next, check the cake by inserting a toothpick into it. If the toothpick comes out clean then the cake is done otherwise you have to bake it for another 10-15 minutes.
- Cool down the cake and demold it.
- Ready to serve.
