  • Heat up a pan and add some oil.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic, and saute for a bit.
  • Add thinly sliced beef and cook until it's no longer pink.
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt as needed. Be mindful of the salt since soy sauce and oyster sauce already have a lot of salt.
  • Add brown sugar and saute for a few minutes.
  • Let it cook for a while until the meat becomes soft.
  • Add bell pepper and onion cubes.
  • Add green chilies and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
  • Finally, add some green onions and finish cooking.
