Ingredients
- 500 gm sliced beef
- ½ tsp bell peppers
- 1 cup onion
- 10 pcs green chili
- ½ cup green onion
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat up a pan and add some oil.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, and saute for a bit.
- Add thinly sliced beef and cook until it's no longer pink.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt as needed. Be mindful of the salt since soy sauce and oyster sauce already have a lot of salt.
- Add brown sugar and saute for a few minutes.
- Let it cook for a while until the meat becomes soft.
- Add bell pepper and onion cubes.
- Add green chilies and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
- Finally, add some green onions and finish cooking.
