Ingredients
- 1 kg beef
- ½ cup watered curd
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp dry red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 2 pcs cardamom
- cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp nut paste
- salt to taste
- ½ cup mustard oil
Instructions
- Mix all the spices and marinate the beef for 1 hour.
- Then cook in the oven on low heat for 1 hour
- When the meat is cooked, the oil should be removed
- Ready to serve.
