Ingredients
- 500 gm Beef
- 1.5 liter Water
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Dark sweet soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 3 pcs Star Spice
- 1 pc Ginger Small
- 3-4 pcs Garlic
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- Cabbage half
- Noodles for 3 person
Instructions
- Grind garlic, black pepper and coriander leaves with a grinder
- Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Add the grinded garlic, black pepper and coriander leaves to the oil and fry properly. Add beef and fry for properly (For 5 minutes at low flame)
- Add 1.5 liter water, ginger slice, soya sauce and dark sweet soya sauce. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 1 hour.
- Add salt and cook for 30 minutes more. Add fish sauce and cabbage slices. Cook for 5 minutes more. Turn off the flame.
- Heat some water in another pan and add noodles for boiling
- Take a serving bowl and add boiled noodles and beef soup
- Serve the beef noodles soup hot and add tomato sauce if you want
