আমি আম্মুকে দেখেই কুকিং এর প্রতি ইন্টারেস্টেড হই। তবে আম্মুর মতো এক্সপার্ট না, নিয়মিত রান্না না করলেও স্পেশাল দিনে স্পেশাল কোনো রান্না করতে পছন্দ করি।
এই রেসিপিটি আমি খুব ভালোবেসে আব্বুর জন্য আব্বুর জন্মদিনে তৈরী করেছিলাম।

Basic Ingredients
- 2 pc cow's feet cut into preferred pieces
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup onion finely chopped
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 5-6 pcs small cardamom pods
- 4-5 pcs cloves
- 2 pieces cinnamon
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- 1 tbsp flour
Ingredients for Baghar
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 4-5 pcs dried chilies
Instructions
- First, heat oil in a pan and fry lightly chopped onions until they turn golden. Then, add grated ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add all the spices and fry properly. Add some warm water if needed.
- Then, add the cow's feet pieces and stir fry for a few minutes. Add enough water to cover the meat.
- Cook in a pressure cooker for 45-50 minutes.
- Once the meat is cooked, immediately mix 1 tablespoon of flour in 1 cup of water and stir it quickly to avoid any lumps.
- Heat oil in another pan and fry onions until lightly browned. Add chopped garlic and chillies and fry for 2 minutes. Add the fried garlic and chili with the oil to the Nehari. Cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
