Tanzina hossain Nira

Thank you for choosing my recipe. My name is Tanzina Hossain Nira and I am a teacher at a renowned school in Chattogram. I hold an M.Sc in Chemistry and have a passion for cooking for my lovely children and family members. In addition to my profession as a teacher, I also run a small cake business and have a cooking YouTube channel called “Eat It By Taif Taha“. I learned how to cook from my respected mother and mother-in-law. The Beef Curry recipe that I shared on this page is my husband’s favorite and was also the first recipe I ever made. Thank you again.

Instructions

  • First, cut the beef into small pieces and blend with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, and water. Then mix the blended beef with coriander leaves, chopped onions, and ground black pepper, and marinate for half an hour.
  • To make the dough for the momos, mix the flour, salt, and oil properly and keep for 10 minutes. Then the dough should be shaped into small circles and filled with the marinated beef mixture before being shaped into momos of any desired shape.
  • Afterwards, enough water should be added to the rice cooker and set to the Cook position until the water boils. Once the water boils, the momos should be placed on the steamer rack and covered with a lid for 10 to 12 minutes. When the momos are ready, the rice cooker will automatically switch from the Cook position to the Warm position, keeping the momos warm until they are served.
  • Recipe for Making Sauce: Heat 1/4 cup of mustard oil and fry dried chili peppers in it. Then mix a teaspoon of chili powder and a teaspoon of sesame seeds and roast them. Add 2 tablespoons of hot oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce to the mixture and mix well.
