  • First, wash the meat. Then, in a pot, heat 1 cup of soybean oil. Fry the chopped onions. Set aside some fried onions for garnishing and continue frying the rest with all the spices.
  • Then, add the meat in between and stir well.
  • Then, add water and cook the meat.
  • Next, remove the meat and add the soaked rice to the pot, and fry. Add the required amount of water and cook the rice.
  • Now, take out the partially cooked meat and place it on top of the rice. Keep it covered with a lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Finally, add the reserved fried onions and 1 tablespoon of ghee on top.
  • This is how you can make Beef Biryani.
