  • Turn on the stove and put it in a pan. Pour 1/2 cup of oil into it.
  • Then put chopped onion, cinnamon, and bay leaves.
  • Cook until golden brown.
  • Now, add the garlic and ginger paste and cook them for a while.
  • After some time again add all the spices and 1/2 cup of coconut milk. Cook it for 3-4 minutes and keep it on medium heat.
  • When the oil appears above the coconut milk, pour the fish that were cut into proper small pieces.
  • Cook the fish for 5 minutes and then add the remaining portion of coconut milk and the chilies. Add salt as per your taste.
  • Cook it on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Put it in a beautiful bowl and garnish with your favorite things.
