Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soybean oil
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- salt to taste
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 5-6 green chilies
- 1/2 kg processed bain fish
Instructions
- Turn on the stove and put it in a pan. Pour 1/2 cup of oil into it.
- Then put chopped onion, cinnamon, and bay leaves.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Now, add the garlic and ginger paste and cook them for a while.
- After some time again add all the spices and 1/2 cup of coconut milk. Cook it for 3-4 minutes and keep it on medium heat.
- When the oil appears above the coconut milk, pour the fish that were cut into proper small pieces.
- Cook the fish for 5 minutes and then add the remaining portion of coconut milk and the chilies. Add salt as per your taste.
- Cook it on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Put it in a beautiful bowl and garnish with your favorite things.
