  • Marinate the fish with salt, chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Then, fry the fish until it is cooked and set it aside.
  • In a pan, heat a little oil and fry the chopped onions until they turn golden brown. Then, add the ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt. Cook the spices for a few minutes until fragrant.
  • Once the spices are cooked, add sliced tomatoes to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing them to soften.
  • Add a little water to the pan and then add the fried fish. Stir gently to coat the fish with the gravy.
  • Cook the curry for another 5 to 6 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to blend together.
  • Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves, green chili, and a sprinkle of fried cumin powder.
  • Serve the spicy salmon curry hot with rice or roti.
