- 1 pcs large bunch of dandelion greens or any greens, chopped
- 3-4 pcs garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ pcs large onion, sliced
- 1 pcs dried red chili
- 2 pcs green chili
- ½ tsp salt to taste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 4 cups water
Wash the greens in a strainer bowl
In a pot, boil water on high heat for about 8 minutes. Add the greens and boil for about 5 minutes. Put the greens back in the strainer.
In a large frying pan, saute onion, garlic, and green and red chili on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Wait for the onions to soften up.
Add the greens to the frying pan and sprinkle turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Saute the mix for 6-8 minutes on high heat.
Close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes on high heat for the spices to get infused with the greens.
Sauteed Dandelion greens are served!
