Hilsa Fish Curry with Pineapple

Instructions

  • Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt for 30 mins
  • Heat the mustard oil in a pan and add onion. Fry the onion until it turns golden brown.
  • Add pineapple paste to it and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add the marinated fish and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add 1/4 tsp sugar (as per taste).
  • Add 1 cup of boiled water and cover the pan with a lead. After 5 mins, add the green chili.
  • Cook it for 20-25 mins and it's ready to serve!
