Instructions

  • Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Add bay leaf and white mustard seed to the hot oil.
  • Cut the tomatoes and add them to the pan.
  • Add salt, red chili powder, ginger paste, and sugar as per taste. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Now it's ready to serve.
