Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
For stir fry

tablespoon
olive oil or neutral oil
1
yellow pepper julienned
1
carrot jullinned
Handful green beans

tablespoon
sliced ginger

ounces
super firm tofu
drained, pressed cut into bite size
1
red bell pepper julienned
For sauce:
2
tablespoon
vinegar
1
tablespoon
brown sugar
ΒΌ
cup
soy sauce
or gluten-free soy sauce
Tablespoons
cornstarch
Instructions
In a deep skillet or wok heat oil
Add tofu and brown from all sides
Add vegetables and stir fry until soft
In a bowl mix the sauce ingredients then add to the vegetables and tofu stir on medium heat for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
