  • Soak the rice in plain water for 2-3 hours.
  • Break the rice into small pieces.
  • Boil the milk for 5 minutes, then add the rice and keep stirring.
  • After the rice is almost cooked, add the sugar, chopped almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio in it and keep stirring.
  • After 2 minutes, add the milk powder and saffron in it and stir it for the next 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the Kheer in a bowl and sprinkle the chopped almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio and saffron to decorate the Kheer. And It's ready to serve.
