- 4 raw bananas
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1/4 cup onion paste
- 5 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs as needed for coating
- cooking oil for frying
First, boil the 4 raw bananas and remove the skin. Mash the bananas and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, gram flour, rice flour, onion paste, green chillies, garlic-ginger paste, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Make small patties from the mixture and coat them in bread crumbs.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties after dipping in eggs until they are golden brown.
Serve the delicious Kachakola Cutlets hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
