Instructions

  • Mix all the kofta ingredients together, shape them into koftas, and fry them until golden brown.
  • In a pan, heat oil and add bay leaves and cardamom.
  • Fry the onions until they turn red.
  • Add garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin, and coriander. Mix well.
  • Add green chili according to taste.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and stir.
  • Carefully add the shrimp koftas to the mixture.
  • Simmer and stir the curry while cooking.
  • If desired, add water.
  • Once the koftas are cooked and the gravy thickens, the dish is ready.
  • Garnish with green chilies.
  • Serve the Coconut Shrimp Kofta with rice or bread.
