  • To make the bread dough, mix lukewarm milk, sugar, yeast, oil, flour, and salt together. Knead until you have a soft dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  • In a pan, heat oil and add cubed chicken pieces. Add ground black pepper, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add chopped onions, chili flakes, all sauces, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Flatten the dough and place the chicken mixture in the center. Fold the dough over the filling to create a shape and seal the edges.
  • Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 145 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes until the chicken bread is golden brown and cooked through.
