Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb meat cut in small cubes
  • 2 cups full fat buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix the meat with buttermilk, salt and pepper
  • Marinade for 24 hours in the fridge.
  • Then drain the buttermilk and but the meat in skewers grill in a preheated oven on 400°c for 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy with favourite dip
