Ingredients

lamb meat cut in small cubes
2
cups
full fat buttermilk
1
tsp.
Salt
1
tsp.
Pepper
Instructions
Mix the meat with buttermilk, salt and pepper
Marinade for 24 hours in the fridge.
Then drain the buttermilk and but the meat in skewers grill in a preheated oven on 400°c for 30 minutes.
Enjoy with favourite dip
