  • Wash all the lentils properly and boil them with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, and salt to taste. Once cooked, strain them well.
  • Marinate the meat well with all the spices in a bowl.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Remove them from the pan and keep them aside.
  • Now, add the marinated meat to the same pan and cook for 15-20 minutes or until it is tender.
  • Finally, add the boiled lentils to the pan and mix them well. Let it cook for a few minutes.
  • Then serve hot with garnishes such as cucumber, onion fry, ginger, chili, mint leaves, and lemon.
