Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until golden brown. Then add the chicken pieces and cook them lightly.
Add the black pepper powder and all the powdered spices, except the green chilies.
Mix well and add the yoghurt. Stir continuously.
Finally, add the tomato sauce, a little black pepper powder, and crispy fried onion.
Mix everything together.
Cook until the chicken is tender and the spices are well blended.
The Chicken chutney is now ready to be served.
