  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until golden brown. Then add the chicken pieces and cook them lightly.
  • Add the black pepper powder and all the powdered spices, except the green chilies.
  • Mix well and add the yoghurt. Stir continuously.
  • Finally, add the tomato sauce, a little black pepper powder, and crispy fried onion.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Cook until the chicken is tender and the spices are well blended.
  • The Chicken chutney is now ready to be served.
