First, boil the Potatoes and mash them well.
Now, beat 4 Eggs in a bowl, add 5 finely chopped Onions, 5 finely chopped Green Chilies, required Salt, and 1 tsp Turmeric Powder to the beaten Eggs, and mix well.
Once all the Eggs are fried, cut one fried Egg into 2-3 pieces.
Heat a pan with Oil, add 5 finely chopped Onions and fry until they become soft. Then add 5 chopped Green Chilies, 2 tsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder, Coriander Leaves (optional), and a little water. Mix the spices well.
Once the spices are well cooked, add the mashed Potatoes and mix well.
After mashing the Potatoes, add water as required and mix well.
When it starts boiling, add the fried Eggs and mix.
Cook until the water evaporates and thickens. Finally, sprinkle 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder on top and remove from heat.
