First, finely chop the coral dryfish and soak in water and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, clean the dryfish properly and steam them in a steamer for 5 minutes.
Once steamed, remove the bones from the fish and mince them using your hands.
Then, heat oil in a pan and add all the spices one by one, mixing them well.
After sautéing the spices, add the minced shoots and cook. Before removing from heat, mix it well with boiled potatoes.
Once it cools down, shape the cutlets in square or diamond shapes and dip them in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
Fry them in hot oil until golden and crispy.
