  • First, finely chop the coral dryfish and soak in water and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, clean the dryfish properly and steam them in a steamer for 5 minutes.
  • Once steamed, remove the bones from the fish and mince them using your hands.
  • Then, heat oil in a pan and add all the spices one by one, mixing them well.
  • After sautéing the spices, add the minced shoots and cook. Before removing from heat, mix it well with boiled potatoes.
  • Once it cools down, shape the cutlets in square or diamond shapes and dip them in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Fry them in hot oil until golden and crispy.
