Clean the masoor lentil properly.
Boil the lentil in water. Boil until the lentil become dry. turn off the flame.
Take a bowl and add finely chopped onion. Add salt, red chili flex, and chopped green chili, and mix all these ingredients properly. Then add the mustard oil.
Add the boiled lentil to the spices and mix them well. Add coriander leaves.
Serve with hot white rice.
