  • Clean the masoor lentil properly.
  • Boil the lentil in water. Boil until the lentil become dry. turn off the flame.
  • Take a bowl and add finely chopped onion. Add salt, red chili flex, and chopped green chili, and mix all these ingredients properly. Then add the mustard oil.
  • Add the boiled lentil to the spices and mix them well. Add coriander leaves.
  • Serve with hot white rice.
