  • First, boil the 4 raw bananas and remove the skin. Mash the bananas and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, gram flour, rice flour, onion paste, green chillies, garlic-ginger paste, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Make small patties from the mixture and coat them in bread crumbs.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties after dipping in eggs until they are golden brown.
  • Serve the delicious Kachakola Cutlets hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
