- 1 cup lightly fried prawn.
- salt (as per taste)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sliced garlic
- 1 tsp tasting salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2-3 ps onion sprout
In a pan pour some oil and add sliced garlic to it.
Fry the garlic until golden brown.
Next add the prawn and all the other spices to it.
Stir it for a while.
