Ingredients

  • 1 cup lightly fried prawn.
  • salt (as per taste)
  • 3 tbsp  oil
  • 2 tbsp sliced garlic
  • 1 tsp tasting salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp  soya sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2-3 ps onion sprout

Instructions

  • In a pan pour some oil and add sliced garlic to it.
  • Fry the garlic until golden brown.
  • Next add the prawn and all the other spices to it.
  • Stir it for a while.
