  • Take Green Mangoes.
  • Peel them.
  • Pock all over with fork.
  • Take sugar the same amount of mango. Add half amount of water to boil. Add 2/3 pieces of Cardamom and 2/3 sticks of Cinnamon. Then add the mango pieces. Boil them till the sugar syrup get sticky.
  • Add Chili flakes, Coriander and Panch phoron (fry then make powder).
  • Cook together till the spices mixed well with mangoes.
  • Ready to serve.
