Take Green Mangoes.
Peel them.
Pock all over with fork.
Take sugar the same amount of mango. Add half amount of water to boil. Add 2/3 pieces of Cardamom and 2/3 sticks of Cinnamon. Then add the mango pieces. Boil them till the sugar syrup get sticky.
Add Chili flakes, Coriander and Panch phoron (fry then make powder).
Cook together till the spices mixed well with mangoes.
Ready to serve.
