Marinate the fish with salt and red chili powder for 15 minutes.
Boil the fish for 5-10 minutes
Separate the boneless portion of the fish and crush the fish properly.
Boil the potato and crush it.
Heat a pan and add oil to it.
Add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
Add some turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder and 1 tsp warm water. Cook it for 3-5 minutes.
Add crushed potato and fish to the pan and mix with the spices properly. Then Add some coriander leaves.
Make round shaped kabab and fry it after dipping it in egg and breadcrumbs.
Serve with tomato sauce.
