Instructions

  • Marinate the fish with salt and red chili powder for 15 minutes.
  • Boil the fish for 5-10 minutes
  • Separate the boneless portion of the fish and crush the fish properly.
  • Boil the potato and crush it.
  • Heat a pan and add oil to it.
  • Add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
  • Add some turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder and 1 tsp warm water. Cook it for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add crushed potato and fish to the pan and mix with the spices properly. Then Add some coriander leaves.
  • Make round shaped kabab and fry it after dipping it in egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
