Cut the chicken breast into slightly larger cubes and drain the water.
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for marination and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes one by one until golden brown. In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add garlic and ginger paste and sauté.
Then add chopped onions and cubed capsicum. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, ground black pepper, sugar, salt, and chicken stock.
Mix cornflour with water and gradually add it to the gravy, stirring continuously. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add the fried chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
Serve hot with fried rice.
