  • Firstly, boil some water and add the shredded coconut to it.
  • Stir for some time and then add flour and stir it continuously until it’s boiled.
  • Next, take out the dough and mix it while it’s slightly warm.
  • Then divide the dough into several pieces.
  • Next, roll out the pieces of dough like a tortilla keeping it 1 inch thick.
  • Then make some designs using a fork.
  • Next, cut it into several pieces like barfi.
  • Then make a sugar syrup using water, sugar, and cardamom.
  • Next, deep fry the dough pieces using oil.
  • While the fried sweets are still warm, put them into the cool sugar syrup and keep it for some time.
  • Then take out the sweets in a serving bowl and it’s ready to serve.
