Heat some mustard oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry it until soft.
Add garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Add 1/2 cup warm water to it and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the clean moong lentil and cook it for 2 minutes
Add 3 cups of warm water.
Add the cauliflower (broken into florets) and potato cube. Cook it for 20 minutes.
Add green chili. Serve with white rice, bread, or paratha.
