Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan and add onion. Fry the onion until it turns golden brown color.
  • Add garlic and ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and 1/4 cup water and cook it for 5 mins.
  • Add all the vegetables to it.
  • Cook the vegetables for 10 minutes and add salted hilsa fish to them.
  • Add salt and boiled water.
  • Cover the pan with a lid. Cook it for 15-20 mins.
  • Before serving, add some coriander leaves over it.
